“Natasha has a calm and peaceful demeanor that is perfect for practicing mindfulness I have had a personal mindfulness practice for several years now, and still Natasha was able to bring new and fresh ideas for me to experiment with and enjoy. She truly went beyond the basics to help me explore mindfulness in new ways and incorporate practices into the minutiae of daily life”

“Natasha always made our sessions feel very comforting as she deeply listened and has lots of experience and expertise to be able to guide in the right direction. Our conversations always felt like hanging out with a best friend but with amazing advice/guidance. She always showed up 100%. Through these sessions, Natasha was able to get me to admit to areas of my life I feel needed a little extra work, something I wasn't even admitting to myself. Digging deeper really helped me feel heard, seen and open doors for more opportunities. I am forever grateful for the time and energy Natasha gave me while being my coach”

“When Natasha and I first started working together, I had just left bedside nursing and was thinking about starting my own business. It was a very stressful time in my life and Natasha was always a sound person that I could go to for time and stress management.
Natasha's take on any situation was always comforting. She helped me layout clear action steps to do after each of our sessions.
I recommend anyone with chronic illnesses, motivation and time management issues to reach out to Natasha. Her point of view and business background is really helpful and insightful.”

"My sister was diagnosed with Triple Negative breast cancer this spring. My sister reached out to Natasha, and she has been by our side with any question or concern all along the way. Natasha has given us so much support, shared her knowledge and absolutely gives us hope by sharing her story along with inspirational words & quotes and honest answers to hard questions. For my sister, having someone to talk to who has gone through the same thing has been priceless. She will ask any question to Natasha and get an answer back quickly along with words of reassurance. I know they have had some meaningful conversations on the phone as well. The support has not only been beneficial to my sister, but also to me. She has shared some of what her family has felt & experienced with her diagnosis and empathized with what it feels like to have a loved one with cancer. She is also quick to answer family questions and concerns. She, amazingly, does all of this while continuing her own healing. We can’t thank her enough for the love, care and concern she has given us & continues to give.
