I had the honor of presenting at Stupid Cancer's CancerCon to a room full of young warriors searching for community. My talk was about something close to my heart: how to parent while you're going through treatment.
I shared the real tools I've used on the hardest days — and reminded the room of a truth I keep learning: cancer is a team sport. Resting isn't quitting. Asking for help isn't weakness. It's how you heal.

The Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation is dedicated specifically to those impacted by TNBC. They offer education, research updates, clinical trial information, and a strong support network for patients, survivors, and caregivers navigating this unique and often aggressive form of breast cancer.
